Return window
We offer a 7-day return window on unused pieces with original tags and packaging intact, in line with the return policy stated on product pages. The window starts on the date of delivery confirmation.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and free of alterations. Earrings and hygiene-sensitive pieces may be final sale where required by law or as noted at checkout. Gift packaging must be returned if supplied as part of the SKU.
How to return
Email care@aurumatelier.in with your order number and reason for return. We will share a return authorisation and courier instructions. Do not ship returns without approval.
Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period (typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or wallet).
Exchanges
Size or style exchanges are subject to stock availability. Concierge can hold alternate pieces while your return is in transit when possible.
